At duo Health & Fitness we address both the emotional and physical health of our patients.
We understand that there is a strong connection between our thoughts and emotions and
our physical well-being. For some people, working on just one of these aspects of health is
not always enough. No one treatment works for everyone, nor does one treatment fit every person's needs. By incorporating exercise as an adjunct to psychotherapy when indicated,
we expand on traditional psychotherapy and can better help our patients reduce symptoms
and achieve change.
